A commission piece for ~Velrose of her Arachnomancer, Sintesse. Yep, another cool name for a character!

Okay, just a few things I want to point out. The markings on her face are NOT tattoos! Though I know I’ll get a bajillion comments from people calling it a tattoo… They are SCARS though, not tattoos. And they are supposed to resemble a spider. She’s an Arachnomancer and they go through some kind of ritualistic scarification. Sintesse often paints the scars, which is why they are colored the way they are. Just wanted to clear that up! Scar…not a tattoo…

And isn’t her hair cool? I was scared at first…because colors scare me and the brighter they are the worse it is. But I think it actually turned out pretty good. She dyes it as I understand it, so no one freak out and start flaming the pic because it isn’t white hair ok? And even if she didn’t dye it, shut up! People are allowed to be creative.

Okay, I think that’s all I wanted to say. Let the drooling begin!

*proceeds to drool and takes picture into the bathroom with a few undead badgers* ... I'll need a moment

*The undead badgers steal the pic and lock themselves in the bathroom, leaving me with nothing*

... that just sucks.

ANYWAY, while they're busy with it and I'm printing off a new copy cause I'm not sharing after they get done, I just wanted to say this picture turned out WAY hotter than I thought Sintesse was. I mean ... I knew she was hot ... but DAMN. Exile, who usually serves as her pet is nodding in agreement and is very happy while he goes to get his lease for his daily walk. After all, with her looking like that, I can't blame him. HOTNESS!! Ok onto the detail, I loved the way the hair and scar turned out. I can imagine it's something different but WOW it turned out great. Also I found myself a huge fan once again of the color in the picture. The pants turned awsome the way you did the sheer fabric with the slit and the top and outfit as a whole is picture perfect.

Also ... I love the nose ring ^_^

well... the original comment I had typed was a lot longer. And then Devart decided to be a pain in the rear and time out...over and over and over again. *sigh* Soooooo--what to say without sounding repetitive.

I love what you've done with my character and I have to say, she's pretty damned happy too. She hasn't tried to poison me once since she saw it! ^_^ Thanks for saving my life, even if it IS for just a short time.

So glad you and your wife (and the undead badgers) liked it though! I was very worried with this one but it's one of those pics that I go into fearful that I'll never get it right, but when it's finished I actually like it. And that says a lot because I'm not usually happy with my pics and have to just force myself to step back and be satisfied that it's the best I'll be able to do. It was easy to step back from this one...and it's a female too! They don't usually turn out very good! *gasp!* :faint:
