(First off, she's PREGNANT...not fat, okay people).
I started drawing this way back when I first found out that Assey and I were expecting a baby. I was trying to get into the spirit of things so-to-speak. I was distracted and super busy making preparations and such so I didn’t have much time to work on any art but I was working on this whenever I got a spare second. I planned on having it finished before the baby came, and I would have too, except that the baby was a month premature (impatient little booger). After the baby arrived I had even less time to devote to art but I was determined to get this done. I FINALLY got some time to work on this just this week and I’m calling it finished now.
There are lots of things I dislike about the piece, especially her face, but I’m satisfied enough with it. It’s a special piece to me because of what it represents and what was going on in my life during the time it was worked on. For these reasons I’m requesting that the piece not be critiqued. It’s done and I’m happy with it so there’s really no need for it to be picked apart. Thanks.
